Xinyang Mao Jian tea, native to the Wuyi Mountains in Henan Province, China, is special for its balanced sweet herbal flavor. This type of tea is one of the most prosperous in China and is desired in the world, so this tea is consumed by more and more people.

The city of Xinyang is located in the arid plains of northern China, in the mountainous southern and western parts, which are flooded with many streams, covered with many clouds and fog. Under these conditions Xinyang Maojian tea is perfect to grow. The processed leaves are in the form of fine strips, and the tea made acquires a unique chestnut taste and has a long-lasting aftertaste.

The production of this tea is distinguished by the fact that only very simple equipment is used. These are masterful rolling movements performed by hand, which are applied to the delicate leaves, their heat, softness and dryness. The prepared tea is pale golden in colour and has a long-lasting fresh aftertaste. Xinyang Maojian is rich enough, with a bright floral aroma with a hint of cold mint. Composed only of "one bud" and "one bud one leaf" tea. Tea mega is considered one of the most expensive types of green tea in China.
