Tie Guan Yin

Tie Guan Yin, native to Fujian Province, China, is one of the most popular oolong teas. This tea is with the characteristics of black and green tea. Tie Guan Yin is distinguished by the natural scent of orchids, which is revealed after maturation. This exceptionally luxurious oolong tea has a thick and creamy texture and a rich sweet taste.

Tie Guan Yin Tea Preparation

Serving Size: 2 - 3g.

Pour 150ml of water at a temperature of about 90 - 95 ℃ and keep for 3 - 5 minutes.

For cold tea: 4g of tea, 150ml of water, keep in the refrigerator for 6 - 8 hours and then the tea will be ready.
